Goodbye for now, but not forever!

Hey Far East Fam!

We've been a bit quiet for the last several months and wanted to apologise for this absence. We're hoping to give you an update on what's been happening recently.

The last year has thrown our business (and many others) numerous challenges, such as major shortages in supply of raw ingredients as well as huge price increases in freight, shipping and raw ingredients, sometimes upwards of 300%. 

In addition to these hurdles, we've repeatedly faced reliability and quality issues with our previous manufacturers and suppliers, which has resulted in major delays to restocking and leaving us no choice but to rework our existing formulas.

That's why we have made the call to take a few months' time to rework our business strategy, our approach to Research and Development, and to reset mentally.

This business was born out of a passion and desire to give people only the best tasting and best quality products with unique Asian flavours - a cause we are still 100% committed to delivering on. 

We're pleased to announce that we've been working hard to reformulate our products for relaunch later this year (targeting September 2022), with the goal of bringing fresh formulations and new products to the table, but the same (if not better) delicious flavour, taste and quality from we're known for.

For now, our extremely limited final batch of Matcha Ice Cream Whey Protein Isolate will be available until stocks run out. Be sure to stock up while you can!

We're excited to bring you on the next chapter of our journey, with many more flavours and products to come in the future.
