AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING RATES

• FREE standard shipping for orders over $100AUD.

• $9.95 flat rate for all other orders under $100AUD.

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days via Australia Post. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Once your order has been dispatched, it should arrive in:

VIC, SA, TAS, QLD, NSW	2 - 6 business days
Northern Territory, Western Australia	7-10 business days

For remote areas, please allow for additional time.

Please check your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order as we do not offer postage refunds for returned orders that are incorrectly addressed or for parcels not picked up on time.

There currently may be extended delays with AusPost outside of our control. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please use our currency converter to shop in your local currency.

Aside from New Zealand, all other international shipping costs are now calculated directly from the shipping page.

New Zealand	Standard shipping: free for orders over $100AUD. $9.95AUD flat rate under $100AUD.
International Orders	Cost is calculated at checkout. Costs can be estimated from the Cart page. For US Customers, additional Duties and Taxes will be charged at checkout.

Prices for orders outside of Australia do not include any applicable customs duties and/or import taxes unless otherwise specified at the checkout page. Customers are responsible for these charges if applicable.
