At Far East Alchemy, every flavour is meticulously crafted using only the finest ingredients, across hundreds of experimental combinations to ensure you receive only the best products this industry has to offer. As we are so committed to our pursuit of flavour perfection, months of tasting and testing go into every formulation, which is why it can take at least six months minimum for our flavours to be developed.
However, we understand that taste and preferences are subjective to each individual, so if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@fareastalchemy.com. We're here to help! Whilst we're extremely proud of our products, we want EVERY customer to leave satisfied, whether they end up enjoying them or not.
How it works:
- Contact us at hello@fareastalchemy.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate your return (you must initiate a return before sending your item back).
- Include these details:
- Once approved, the product must be returned within 14 days (returns sent after 14 days will become invalid).
- ✅ Was purchased via www.fareastalchemy.com
- ✅ At least 90% full (no more than 3 scoops/servings used) and uncontaminated
- ✅ Safely packaged in a box or padded pouch via tracked shipping (we’re not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit)
- ✅ Name and order number clearly visible on or inside the package (we cannot process your return if the package is not identifiable)
- ❌ Free or sample products
- ❌ Items purchased during promotional periods
- ❌ Sale or clearance items

- *️⃣ Returns that arrive damaged, contaminated, or opened beyond normal use may be declined.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a store credit for the purchase price (shipping excluded) within 2-3 business days.
