At Far East Alchemy, every flavour is meticulously crafted using only the finest ingredients, across hundreds of experimental combinations to ensure you receive only the best products this industry has to offer. As we are so committed to our pursuit of flavour perfection, months of tasting and testing go into every formulation, which is why it can take at least six months minimum for our flavours to be developed.
However, we understand that taste and preferences are subjective to each individual, so if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@fareastalchemy.com. We're here to help! Whilst we're extremely proud of our products, we want EVERY customer to leave satisfied, whether they end up enjoying them or not.
How it works:
- Contact us at hello@fareastalchemy.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate your return.
- Include essential details such as your name, order number and why the product did not meet your expectations in this email.
- Once a return has been initiated, the product must be returned within 14 days, or the return will become invalid.
- Ensure the product:
- Was purchased via www.fareastalchemy.com.
- Is approximately 90% full (no more than 3 scoops used) and uncontaminated.
- Is safely packaged in a box or padded pouch and sent via tracked shipping (we’re not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit).
- Has your name and order number visible either on the return label or inside the package (we cannot process your return if the package is not identifiable).
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a store credit for the purchase price (shipping excluded) within 2 business days.
Please note:
- This guarantee does not apply to free or sample products, or items purchased during promotional periods.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of repeated misuse of this guarantee.
- Returns that arrive damaged, contaminated, or opened beyond normal use may be declined.
