If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!

At Far East Alchemy, every flavour is meticulously crafted using only the finest ingredients, across hundreds of experimental combinations to ensure you receive only the best products this industry has to offer. As we are so committed to our pursuit of flavour perfection, months of tasting and testing go into every formulation, which is why it can take at least six months minimum for our flavours to be developed. 

However, we understand that taste and preferences are subjective to each individual, so if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@fareastalchemy.com. We're here to help! Whilst we're extremely proud of our products, we want EVERY customer to leave satisfied, whether they end up enjoying them or not.

If your order meets the following criteria, read on for further details:

  • Product purchased via www.fareastalchemy.com

  • At least 90% full (no more than 3 scoops/servings used) and uncontaminated

  • Must be a full-priced item (excludes free samples, clearance, and sale purchases)

How it works:

  • Contact Us

    Send us an email at hello@fareastalchemy.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate your return.
    (note: you must initiate a return before sending your item back)

  • Include Details

    In your email, please include these details:
    • Full name (on the order)
    • Order number
    • Reason the product did not meet your expectations

  • Approval Process

    Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return request. Once approved, the product must be dropped off in the post within 14 days.

    You must ensure:
    • Your return is safely packaged in a box or padded mailer via tracked shipping (we cannot process returns that are lost or damaged in transit)

    • Your name and order number is clearly visible on or inside the package (we cannot process returns that are not identifiable)
    Returns sent after 14 days will become invalid and will no longer be elligible for the guarantee.

  • Return Process

    Once your return package arrives back at our warehouse, it will be reviewed and inspected against the above criteria. 

    If all okay, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price of the product (excluded shipping) within 2-3 business days.
