If you're not happy, we're not happy!

At Far East Alchemy, every flavour is meticulously developed using only the finest ingredients, across hundreds of experimental combinations to ensure you only receive the best products this industry has to offer. As we are so committed to our pursuit of flavour perfection, months of tasting and testing go into every formulation, which is why it can take at least six months on average for our flavours to be developed. 

However, we understand that taste and preferences are subjective to each individual, so if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@fareastalchemy.com. We're here to help! Though we're extremely proud of our products, we want EVERY customer to leave satisfied, whether they end up liking them or not.

If you don’t like the taste or performance of your new product, simply return your product for a credit or refund on the purchase price of your product minus shipping. 


  • Approximately 90% (means you have tried no more than 3 scoops) of the product is returned to Far East Alchemy and is uncontaminated. This is to ensure customers are not taking advantage of the guarantee. We will test and dispose of the product on return.

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.

  • This guarantee does not apply to free or sample products, or products sold during Promotional Periods

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 How it works:

  1. Contact us at hello@fareastalchemy.com to request the flavour satisfaction guarantee.

  2. Ensure the product has approximately 90% remaining and is uncontaminated. Then send the product back to the address listed in the Refund Policy under "how to return an item'.

  3. When received and tested, we will process your credit or refund (excludes shipping) within 2 business days if accepted.
