Return Policy

Outside of our Flavour Satisfaction Guarantee, our products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The product is in original condition, meaning:
    Consumables: The product is sealed, unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
    Apparel & Accessories: The product is in original packaging, has all tags, has not been worn or washed, used or damaged.

  • You are within 14 days of the order receipt date.

Only full priced items are elligible for a refund. All other items, such as those purchased with a discount code, via a promotion or special (such as Black Friday), or as part of a bundle are elligible for a store credit (issued as a gift card). 

    All items are inspected on return and products that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted for return and we reserve the right to refuse your refund/store credit or to reduce your refund/store credit value to reflect any reduction in the value of the item. When trying on clothing, please be careful with the item (e.g. don’t apply excessive force when pulling zips) and don’t wear products that could mark or scent an item (such as make-up, fake-tan, perfume, deodorant, cologne, etc.). 

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

     


    How to Return an Item

    Please send an email to: hello@fareastalchemy.com with your order number, item description and reason for return. If a return is accepted, we will either refund the cost of the Product, issue a store credit (as a gift card) or send a replacement. You will be responsible for the freight costs of return.

    Once accepted, to return your product, you should mail your product to:

    If you are shipping a package over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Store credits will be supplied via an electronic gift card sent to your email address.

     

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
