Australia and New Zealand Shipping Rates

For Australia, we offer:
  • FREE standard shipping for orders over $100AUD.

  • $9.95 flat rate for all other orders under $100AUD.

For New Zealand, we offer:

  • FREE standard shipping for orders over $100AUD.
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout for orders under $100AUD.

International Shipping Rates

Please use our currency converter at the top right of the website to shop in your local currency.

We offer international shipping to a variety of countries, such as NZ, USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. If your country is not listed at checkout, you can email us at to request it to be added.

All international shipping costs are now calculated directly from the checkout page. We offer standard + signature and express shipping options.

You can also estimate your shipping cost on the Cart page. To calculate your shipping cost, please add your items to the cart and hit 'Estimate shipping cost', or proceed directly to the checkout page to view this pricing.

Prices for international orders do not include any applicable customs duties and/or import taxes. Customers are responsible for these charges if applicable.

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days via Australia Post.  Once your order has been dispatched, it should arrive in:

For Australian remote areas, please allow for additional time.

Please check your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order as we do not offer postage refunds for returned orders that are incorrectly addressed or for parcels not picked up on time.

What if my Order has Shipped already?

Unfortunately we can't make any changes to your order once its shipped, as it's now in the hands of our delivery partners.

What if I'm not home for my order?

You are responsible to ensure someone is present to accept delivery. We will request signature on delivery by default. If no one is present, the parcel will be taken to a local Australia Post pickup area, where you will be responsible for picking up the parcel on time. 

The parcel is often held by Australia Post for 5-7 days at the pickup facility and if not picked up on time it may be returned to us. If this is the case, we reserve the right to charge for reshipping of the parcel back out to you, or deducting the cost of return shipping if a refund is instead requested.

If you are unavailable during business hours, we recommend providing your work address for delivery instead.

I didn't receive my parcel. What do I do?

Please note that each order is shipped with a tracking number that gets emailed to you when your order is shipped. Please ensure you have checked the latest details on your tracking number before actioning the below.

Parcel Redirection
If you are facing delivery issues, please firstly confirm that you have entered in the right address under your order confirmation email. If the parcel is still in transit with the carrier, you will need to contact the local carrier directly to request a redirection of your parcel to a new address. Costs may apply for redirections depending on your local carrier.

Parcel marked as delivered but not received
Please check any common areas around the property or apartment complex to see if your parcel was delivered there. In apartment complexes, it is common to have a building manager sign and hold onto your product on your behalf, or your parcel may have been stored in a Mail room awaiting your pickup.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, please:
1. Contact your local carrier (Australia Post for domestic orders) to submit an enquiry and commence an investigation.
2. Contact us at with your order number, name and details. 

International Orders
Delivery issues for international orders can be tricky, as we are unable to directly get in contact with your local carrier to investigate the issue. 

The fastest way to ensure your parcel is properly located is to:
1. Raise an enquiry or claim directly through your local carrier (e.g. USPS); and
2. Contact us at with your order number, name, address and details, so that we may raise an enquiry on our end too.
This ensures that your local carrier is looking into the lost parcel promptly.

Lost/Stolen Parcels
In the event that you believe this has occurred, please follow the steps above first. Once an investigation by the local carrier has been carried out and completed and the parcel has been deemed lost or stolen, we can send out a replacement parcel to you using the same delivery method as originally selected.

Replacement parcels in this event will contain products in the original order and no swaps of products for change of mind will be accepted.
