Easiest Protein Ice Cream with the Ninja Creami

Though it's getting cold here in Australia now, there's never a bad time to have ice cream. AND it's also heating up over in the US! 🔥

What better way to enjoy creamy, delicious and high protein boba ice cream than to jump on this super simple recipe that's every bit as delicious and luxurious as regular protein??

This recipe requires a Ninja Creami.

  • - 350ml high protein milk (we used FitMilk)
  • - 1 Scoop Far East Alchemy Protein Powder
  • - 1 teaspoon gelatin (we use McKenzie's edible gelatin)
  • - Up to 3 tsp Stevia/your choice of sweetener (to taste)


  1. 1. Add milk, protein, gelatin and sweetener to a shaker and shake thoroughly until everything is combined, about 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Pour into a ninja creami pint container, close the container and set it overnight in the freezer.
  3. 3. Remove from freezer and place in ninja creami. Set to the 'lite ice cream' setting and blend once.
  4. 4. Then set to 'respin' and blend once more.
  5. 5. Scoop and enjoy!
